1. Enter your IMEI number

BlacKBerry *#06# IMEI screen

2. Your BlackBerry model?

Enter your BlackBerry model.  This will be something like Curve, Pearl, Torch, Style, Bold, Tour, Storm or just the number like 9000, 8310, 9700 etc.

All BlackBerry phones have an option in the settings menu to show you information on your phone. This is probably the quickest and easiest method of checking your model number. From the main menu select:

Options -> About

This will show you your model number on the top line of the screen.  Finally the model is also found on the phone under the battery on the IMEI label.

3. Network

Please select your network from the list.  You probably know the network your BlackBerry is locked to, however if you don't we can still unlock your BlackBerry but need the MEP number.

Ideally provide both the Network and MEP number.

How do I get my MEP number?

Good question..  That's the next step.

4. MEP

Enter your MEP number above. It will look something like: MEP-12345-001

There are two options available to find out your MEP number.  Please follow the links below which show you how to get the MEP.

Option 1 - Get MEP direct from the BlackBerry handset.

Option 2 - Get the MEP using a USB cable and software reader.

Option 1 is the recommended method as it is the simplest way to get the MEP.
